First comes the standard chemical treatment with MossBoss then water blasting. Various repairs can then be carried out, such as replacing badly corroded sheets, re-nailing loose sheets, removing surface rust and prepriming.

If no corrosion is present the MetroGard galvanised primer is then applied. However, if there are areas of light red rust these will be scrubbed with a stiff-bristle wire brush to remove any flaking or loosely adhering rust being spot-primed with an etch primer.

MetroGard galvanised primer can then be applied, followed by your choice of topcoat.
