First comes the standard chemical treatment with MossBoss then water blasting. Various repairs can then be carried out, such as replacing badly corroded sheets, re-nailing loose sheets, removing surface rust and prepriming.

If no corrosion is present the MetroGard galvanised primer is then applied. However, if there are areas of light red rust these will be scrubbed with a stiff-bristle wire brush to remove any flaking or loosely adhering rust being spot-primed with an etch primer.

MetroGard galvanised primer can then be applied, followed by your choice of topcoat.

First comes the standard chemical treatment with MossBoss and left for at least 24 hours to kill any moss, fungus and lichen, and to prevent regrowth.

The roof is then water blasted to thoroughly clean it to remove any loose,flaking or cracked paint, as well as dirt. Next, any broken or cracked tiles are replaced and mortar work can be
performed to repair loose ridges. Following this a protective concrete base coat is applied, then a further double layer coat of fast-drying pure acrylic roof paint in your colour choice

The sprayer can be easily bolted on top of the tank, making the sprayer and liquid an easy unit to use.Rear castor wheels assists handling in confined areas.
